About a year ago, we wrote about a nice little app that got us to exercise when we were too lazy to go to the gym. Today's Undiscovered App is actually very similar to that, but with some nicer bells and whistles that gives it a slight edge over the previous iteration.

7 Minute Workout Pro is like a little gym in your pocket, except this gym comes with its own little personal trainer, guiding you over the course of 12 exercises that last only 30 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between different sets.

Here are the exercises:

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Wall Sit
3. Push-ups
4. Abdominal Crunch
5. Step-up onto chair
6. Squat
7. Triceps dip on chair
8. Plank
9. High knees running in place
10. Lunge
11. Push-up and rotation
12. Side plank

The cool part is that you can have the exercises be randomized, plus you can choose from a variety of different background sounds (Dubstep, Funky, Hip-Hop, Rock, Tango, Dance). There's an activity calendar to let you keep track of your progress, reminders so you don't forget, plus instructions on how to do the exercises, and little color customizations for when your mood changes.

It's a nice little package, and costs much less than a gym membership. 7 Minute Workout Pro is available to download for $1.99 and has an average rating of 4.5 stars from 215 ratings. Anything that'll help you get off your butt and get some physical activity, especially in the comfort of your own home, deserves a good look.
